From a helpdesk sitting behind your own IT person, through to the whole estate run for you. Every plan is delivered by the same engineers, to the same standard — the only thing that changes is how much of it we carry.
Each plan builds on the one before it. Most clients start where they are today and move up as their IT gets more load-bearing — there is no penalty for changing your mind.
For businesses with someone in-house who needs proper backup, escalation and tooling.
For businesses with no internal IT — or one person who ought to be doing something else.
For businesses that want one supplier for support, licensing, backup and the certification clients ask for.

Every plan is delivered by the same engineers to the same standard. Tell us what you have now and we will say which one actually fits — including if that is the one you are already on elsewhere.
Added to any plan
Some of these are included in Complete. All of them can be added to whichever plan you are on — they are bought alongside a plan, never instead of one.
Switching provider is the bit everyone dreads. This is how we keep it boring.
We go through what you have now — hardware, licensing, backups, security posture — and tell you what we find, including the parts that are already fine.
You get a written recommendation with the plan we think fits, what moves first, and what can wait. No obligation to take any of it.
We take on monitoring, documentation and access in a controlled sequence, with your outgoing provider where there is one. Your users carry on working.
Day-to-day support runs from the first week. Reviews start once we have real data on your estate rather than assumptions about it.
Yes, in either direction. Most clients move up as their business grows into its IT. If a plan is doing more than you need, we will tell you before you notice it yourself.
Between roughly 10 and 2,000 users. Below that the economics rarely work in your favour; above that you are usually better served by an in-house team with us alongside it.
No. Essential exists precisely because a lot of businesses have good people in-house who need tooling, escalation and cover rather than replacing.
Support hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30. Out-of-hours arrangements are agreed per client — tell us what your business actually needs covered and we will be straight about what that involves.
We are accredited where it matters and independent where it does not. Recommendations are made on what suits your estate, and we will explain the reasoning rather than ask you to take it on trust.
Terms are agreed up front and written plainly. We would rather you stayed because the service is good than because the contract made leaving difficult.
Most conversations start with a look at what you have now. No obligation, and we will tell you if the answer is to stay where you are.
