It often seems that technology adopted in an attempt to promote efficiency such as telephone options, voice recognition and ticketing systems actually do more harm than good! Poorly planned, it seems to conspire in preventing us from speaking to someone who can assist with a problem. You are then confronted with calls not returned and relentless chasing to compound the issue. It wastes our time and cost us all money. Not good enough!

Why waiting for technical support is especially frustrating

IT is unique in that the challenges arising tend to be disruptive. Our reliance upon IT irrespective of business size – start-up or long established organisation, means that if it stops then so do you. Compound this with trying to work out whether your problem is option 1, 2 or 3, logging your call and then filling time until someone calls back can seem like an age. This does of course assume your call is returned. Coupled with first line support which is frequently patchy it is little wonder that people get frustrated.

Our customers tell us they love it! We have seen growth of 11.3%  year on year even in this difficult economic climate and 93% of our new business comes through recommendation and referral. We aren’t resting on our laurels, we continually strive to improve.
