EasylifeIT™ Customer Feedback

At the conclusion of every incident (what we refer to as a “Case”) or project, a feedback request is sent to the user. The user is asked to judge us on the following criteria on a scale on 0 to 10.
  • Please rate the quality of service you received
  • Did we meet your expectations?

The metrics resulting from this survey are refreshed at least weekly and the average of the results are detailed above for your inspection.
